Our next night will be a celebration of our city's funkier times with three DJs who were the backbone of the Manchester's club scene during the 80s and 90s. Expect modern soul along with vintage soul classics including tunes from the famous Reno club, Gallery, Legends, Playpen & Rafters Main Room: Colin Curtis famous for his jazz funk excursions and innovative club nights at Berlin, Raffters & Legends. Hewan Clarke who was the first Resident Dj at the world famous Hacienda club and whose jazz selection in clubs like Berlin have ensured his republication as our most adventurous Dj. Doctor.D started his Djing career at Manchester's Longest running Black Music night Club The Reno. His marathon Dj sets lasted up to 6 hours every night.
